Janae Nelson is a delightfully fun coach.  She has taken her many years of mental health therapy coupled with her life experience and discovered the secrets behind self-absorbed narcissistic relationships.  Out of Janae’s knowledge and hands on understanding of narcissistic patterns, she created a system that will easily explain the ins and outs of this specific type of relationship chaos.  Janae will clear the confusion, rid the guilt, and lead you right out of the craziness.  You will achieve confidence, peace, freedom, empowerment, and leave the derailment behind.

How May I Help You?

Coaching is for the person who has already adventured through some self-awareness and self-reflection around the difficult relationships in their life.  This can be done through reading, podcasts, pondering, discussions, and even therapy.  The person is prepared for change and eager to be guided out of the crazy town of narcissists.  Coaching is directive, hands on, and typically well structured.  Coaching sessions are entered into with a goal or two and a clear path is paved ahead.  Expect handouts for learning tools and homework in between the coaching sessions.

Is Therapy For You?

Therapy Work:

Janae has been a therapist for the past 17 years and still practices in the state of Colorado and Florida.  Sometimes therapy is the best fit and other times coaching is just what is needed. 

Therapy with Janae:

Therapy is for the person who is interested in taking a deeper dive into their history, traumas, and relationships.  You can benefit with increased self-awareness, self-compassion, self-confidence, self-empowerment, and understanding.  You can learn relationship skills, communication skills, and stress management skills that can be applied to your everyday life. 

Therapy is for those who are interested in resolving past trauma’s, anxiety, depression, and other nagging symptoms.  Therapy typically focuses on the treatment of these symptoms and conditions.  Some common symptoms might be worry/stress, sad/down, sleep and eating difficulties, relationship conflict, and emotional imbalances.
